1. Strictly No cancellation or refund for the plan purchased.

2. Remaining credit that is not utilised will be automatically redeemed when expires.

3. Strictly No exchange of credit for refund or extending of validity period.

4. Free Training Jersey is limited to 1 Jersey for new trainee only.

 

5. The validity of the plan is starting from the date of purchase.

6. The validity of Plans stated is for within this limited time only, to ensure safety distance, only 4 students per court is allowed. To compensate the limited slots, Plan will be valid longer than usual and will be change back to default in the future.

 

7. The default validity of the plan is 1 month for 4 credits plan, 1 month for 8 credits plan, and 3 months for 12 credits plan.

8. Credits are for SBA personal use only.

9. No transferring of credits between trainees.

10. SBA will not be held liable for any injury or death of trainee arising during the training session.

11.Training locations and timings may change according to the availability of the ActiveSG sport hall. (Trainee can check our app for the accurate time and location)  once the booking schedule is listed in our app, the location and timing are finalised.

12 . SBA may take photos  and videos during training session for the advertising purpose.

13.  SBA will never share any personal information that customers have provided us by filling up the form with anyone else. 

14. SBA may make changes to the terms and condition of the plan without any prior notice.
